　　　届出が可能になりました。

　　本スキームでは、高分子化合物の構造及び物性に基づき評価を行うことで、
　　届出に必要な試験等の一部を簡略化できます。
　　これにより、届出に係る負担の軽減や準備期間の短縮が期待されます。
　　特に以下のような場合において、本スキームの活用が考えられます。
　　・既知見（構造・物性）により評価が可能な高分子
　　・試験実施に係る負担の軽減を検討している場合
　　・迅速な届出対応を検討している場合

　　・化審法第41条に基づく「有害性情報の報告に関する省令」及び
　　　「有害性情報の報告に関する運用について」が改正されました。
　　
　　主な変更点は以下のとおり。
　　・これまで郵送又は持参のみとされていた有害性情報報告の提出について、
　　　e-Gov電子申請を利用したオンラインでの報告を可能としました
　　・報告様式第一、様式第二について記載内容を明確化しました
　　・第二種特定化学物質について、難分解性との知見が得られた場合の報告義務を
　　　明確化しました
　　・努力義務の報告（法第41条第3項）において、「有害性情報の内容を示す資料」の
　　　添付を省略可能としました
　　・有害性情報報告書を物質及び性状ごとに作成していただくことにしました
 
　　あわせて改訂された「有害性情報の報告に関する要領」をご確認いただき、
　　e-Gov電子申請を利用したオンラインでの報告をご検討ください。
