About Us
On April 1, 2026, we have launched a new organization namely, Conformity Assessment Promotion Center, and commenced our activities.
Our activities relating to strategic use of conformity assessment and its promotion are,
- ・Gathering and providing information needed for conformity assessment
- ・Development and provision of training programs for personnel engaged in conformity assessment
- ・Supporting activities for development of conformity assessment schemes
- ・Registration of conformity assessment bodies based on the Measurement Act, the Industrial Standardization Act etc.
- ・Activities as the secretariat of the Japan Accreditation Council (JAC)
